ROES makes Significant Advances in the Workers’ Compensation EDI Market

October 5, 2004

Since its inception in 2002, Red Oak E-Commerce Solutions, Inc. (ROES) has strategically positioned itself to be the premier provider of Electronic Data Interchange services in the Workers’ Compensation market.

Shawn Maloney  , President of ROES, states, “With just two years marketing the WorkComp.NET product, ROES now has over 80 clients.  Our team’s extensive knowledge and experience in Workers’ Compensation EDI are the primary reasons we have achieved this rapid growth.”

By the end of 2005, 29 states plan to accept claims by EDI. Several states currently impose fines and penalties for non-compliance and more are making plans to do so. “Quality of data and efficiency in EDI reporting are high priorities for Claims Administrators,” said Maloney. “Many of our clients, seeking the right solution, switched to ROES from other EDI vendors. Their responses clearly identify our products and support as far superior to our competitors. Our clients and their comments are proof of our success.”

ROES clients include:
Actec Systems Inc.
Adventist Health System

ROES Client Statements:

ROES WorkComp.NET Product

  • “There is no comparison… WorkComp.NET has a far superior product such as layout, functionality, ease of use, and it has faster update turn-around time.”
  • “I have used three different systems for EDI reporting and can say unequivocally that WorkComp.NET is by far the easiest, most user friendly system I have worked with.”
  • “WorkComp.NET is infinitely superior.  Our previous vendor was lacking in the customer service department and made it clear each time we called in that they were not working for us, but for themselves.  Their edits were slow in coming and this delayed submis sion to the state.
  • “Ease of use. Navigation within the system is very easy. The process of correcting errors, creating SROIs, making changes is all very user friendly, which makes the process a much simpler one for the adjusters managing claims.”

ROES Customer Support

  • “Migration was like clockwork. Every step in the process occurred as ROES said it would.”
  • “Customer support is outstanding and was always available to answer questions both during and after the switch.”
  • “I have truly enjoyed working with the ROES team.  Calling or emailing with a question is perfectly acceptable and I get feedback immediately.”
  • “It is a good experience to meet a vendor that expresses dedication to client support, like your company.”
