REAL Trends Ranks Realogy Subsidiary, NRT, No. 1 Residential Real Estate Brokerage Company for 17th Consecutive Year

MADISON, N.J., April 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- NRT LLC has again been ranked as the nation's No. 1 residential real estate brokerage company for the 17th consecutive year, according to REAL Trends. Based on full-year 2013 results, REAL Trends 500data shows that NRT is the national leader in both closed sales volume and closed transaction sides. NRT operates Realogy's company-owned residential real estate brokerage offices under the brand names of Coldwell Banker®, ERA®, Sotheby's International Realty® and The Corcoran Group®.

In 2013, on a pro forma basis, NRT closed 320,026 transaction sides and accounted for $151.1 billion in closed sales volume, which is approximately 2.5 times higher than the next closest company on the list.
