Quorum Health Resources Hospital Clients Yield $2.5 Million for Achieving Success in QHR/Gallagher Program
Fourteen Quorum Health Resources (QHR) hospital clients will receive checks totaling nearly
Under the QHR/Gallagher Retro Insurance Program, hospitals in the group that experience less than projected risk management expenses are eligible for a premium return of up to 50 percent. The checks issued to the QHR group this month will reflect premium refunds for the year 2006.
“Through QHR’s program with Gallagher, our hospital clients are not only able to access the professional liability/general liability insurance they need, but also benefit financially when our group meets its risk management goals,” said QHR President and CEO
QHR has worked with Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, the fourth largest insurance brokerage and risk management services firm worldwide, since 2002. The company provides hospital professional liability insurance, comprehensive general liability insurance, excess/umbrella liability insurance and employee benefits services to QHR hospital clients.
