Air Force Materiel Command

AFSC/PZABB intends to procure repair services using an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) D-type contract utilizing a Firm-Fixed Price arrangement. This requirement will utilize HQ AFMC Insurance Repair guidelines. Repair support will be for National Stock Number 6130-00-254-0149EW, Noun: Power Supply, P/N 2612599G002. There will be a basic year and four out-year options. CLINs will consist of Repair First Articles (FA), Repair Production Option, Teardown Test & Evaluation (TTE)/Condemnation/No Fault Found (NFF), Data and Repair Mission Essential Quantities (MEQ). Repair FAs will only apply to Unqualified vendors and MEQs will only apply to Qualified vendors. See attached spreadsheet for Qualified and Unqualified quantities separated into Bid/Proposal A, Bid/Proposal B, Bid/Proposal C, and Bid/Proposal D. All vendors will propose on Outyear Options I - IV.
The anticipated delivery schedule will be as follows: Repair Production Options-45 Days ARO, Teardown Test & Evaluation-20 Days ARO, Repair First Articles-365 Days ARO and Data-In accordance with DD 1423s.
Inspection and Acceptance (I&A) and FAs will be at Destination; I&A for all repaired items will be at Origin; I&A for all TTE/Condemnation/NFF will be at Origin; and I&A for all Data deliverables will be at Destination. ISO 9001:2000 applies to all repairs.
All repairs will be shipped to SW3119, DLA Distribution Warner Robins,
