The Contractor shall furnish all of the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision to accomplish the work as noted in the solicitation documents.
The work includes but is not limited to the following:
Remove and properly dispose of/reclaim refrigerant from chillers system. Properly remove and dispose of 2 (each) reciprocating chillers and refrigerant lines. Remove and properly dispose of 2 (each) condensers. Remove and discard all electrical and control wiring to the condensers. Electrical conduit shall be disconnected to the nearest junction box. All wiring shall be pulled and discarded. Disconnect all electrical, controls and piping to chillers. Provide and install two (each) new 70 ton nominal capacity, water cooled chillers. Installation shall be/have but not limited to: Equal or better than SMARDT Frictionless Centrifugal Chillers. Oil free, magnetic bearing, magnetic high-speed variable speed centrifugal compressor, 460 volt, 3 phase. New chiller's control system shall communicate with existing
