Pinnacle Bank Announces the Promotion of Jessica Chavez to Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer

GILROY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pinnacle Bank (OTCBB:PBNK) announced today that Jessica Chavez has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer.

In her new role, Jessica will also provide leadership in the Bank’s enterprise-wide risk management program, with direct reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board. Ms. Chavez has been in banking for over 25 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge in all areas of operations with extensive knowledge in regulatory compliance and risk management. Ms. Chavez began her career with University Bank and Trust Company where she rose to Operations Officer before joining Greater Bay Bank as Assistant Vice President/Regional Service Manager. Before joining Pinnacle Bank, Ms. Chavez was Vice President, Banking Office Support Group Manager with Greater Bay Bank.
