He has previously served in institutional business development roles at Conning and Wellington Management, where he marketed a broad range of investment solutions to insurance companies.Joe Fague , Senior Vice President, will focus on institutional business development on theWest Coast . Joe has over 20 years of broad experience in institutional sales, consultant relations, DCIO and mutual fund platform sales. He previously spent 10 years at RS Investments, most recently serving as Vice President of theirInstitutional Services Group , responsible for direct sales to Corporate,Public Fund and Taft-Hartley clients in the Western US.James J. Smith , Senior Vice President, will focus on institutional business development in the Midwest including Southern and Central US.
