PPI Claimline Launches New Websites

PPI Claimline, a service provided by National Accident Helpline, launches its ‘new look’ website today, with more information and improved usability, as well as a dedicated mobile site with the aim of providing easier access to PPI claims and information for mobile users.

National Accident Helpline hopes the new sites will be easier for consumers to navigate and contain the key information they need.

In addition, consumers will be able to calculate the potential value of their claim through a new ‘claims calculator’ which has been designed for both their web and mobile sites.

Beth Powell, National Accident Helpline consumer director, said: “Our new look websites engage with people who need our help in real time.

"The sites give people the most important and relevant information they need at home and in the mobile environment which more and more of our customers are choosing to engage with us from”.

The new site differs from PPI Claimline’s original website in a number of ways, all aimed at providing a better experience for its users.

   •  The PPI calculator embedded within the site gives users the opportunity to calculate any possible future savings they could make, as well as an estimate of the cash refund they will receive.

   •  Users are introduced to the team behind their claims, demonstrating step by step, the work that is invested by PPI Claimline on their behalf.

   •  The sites will be constantly updated with the latest news and updates, providing easy access to more detailed information.

PPI Claimline gives people the chance to get their money back on PPI (payment protection insurance) which was mis-sold to them by their bank or other loan provider. The average win for claimants at PPI Claimline is £2,700.
