This is a modification to the solicitation notice posted on 16 October 2013. The pre-proposal conference and site visit has been changed to 14 November 2013. Times for start and duration of the conference remain the same. Interested vendors shall provide the following information for representatives attending the preproposal conference: Name, company name, email address, phone number, business size standard, and event (site-visit, pre-proposal conference, or both). Interested parties must register with Ms.Viola Muniz by e-mail at [email protected] not later than 4:00 pm Central Standard Time, 7 November 2013. A drivers license or photo ID (which will be scanned at the Visitor's gate) is required for entrance to Fort Leonard Wood. In case of a random inspection, you will need to have a current insurance card and registration for the vehicle. A map of Fort Leonard, MO has been uploaded to the Federal Biz Opps website for this solicitation. In accordance with the map, visitors are required to enter through the Main gate down Missouri Ave. The hospital will be on your left after the 2nd light. Prospective offerors are encouraged to attend both the pre-proposal conference and the site visit. The site visit involves extensive walking through multiple buildings, and participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes to be safe and comfortable. Please indicate any special needs to Ms. Viola Muniz when requesting registration to ensure proper accommodations may be arranged. It is recommended to download the solicitation prior to attending the pre-proposal conference.
