MGA/Program Managers Professional Liability
April 14, 2009 – Kinnelon, NJ - Synergy Professional Associates announces their appointment as the Program Administrator for their new MGA/Program Administrators Professional Liability Insurance facility.
Synergy Professional Associates has been appointed program administrator for Insurance Agents and Brokers Professional Liability for Managing General Agents, Managing General Underwriters, Program Administrators and Specialty Insurance Intermediaries who specialize in Program Business.
The program is focused on Insurance intermediaries who derive the majority of their revenue from program business. Guidelines are broad and will consider producers who generate business from single or multiple distribution platforms.
Limits are up to $5,000,000/$5,000,000. The minimum premium is $7,500 and is available in all 50 states. Coverage can be individually crafted.
The program is available on a direct basis or to all licensed producers in all states on a non-admitted basis, underwritten by Beazley’s Lloyds syndicates 623/2623. Security is Best’s rated A XV.
