Latino clients awarded $42M-plus in horrific traffic accident
Dec. 26, 2014: Cleveland attorney Patrick Merrick recently co-won the court judgment of a lifetime for a pair of Latino clients who were victims of a horrific 2010 traffic crash. A Cuyahoga County jury in October awarded more than $42 total million in damages to Joshua Rojas and Kiara Torres, who each suffered extensive brain trauma following the accident.
