The Louisiana State University System Health Plan, known as LSU First, is administered by WebTPA, a healthcare benefits administrator. LSU First's consumer-directed, self-insured plan is available for LSU employees as well as other eligible participants within other state entities. Since its creation in 2002, LSU First enrollment has grown to nearly 20,000 members.
