Last month Watkins Insurance Group introduced a new member to their staff. Jim Siddons joins the agency as a specialist in insurance and bonding needs for contractors. Siddons graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Texas State University. He has 22 years of industry experience and will manage everything from performance and payment bonds, license and permit bonds, overweight bonds for trucking to the specialized needs for those in the asphalt supplier industry. In addition, Siddons handles underground storage tank pollution insurance and all insurance needs for those in the construction industry.
Currently, Siddons is a member of the Associated General Contractors Heavy Highway Division and in past years has served as both the vice chair and chair positions for the organization. In his free time, Siddons enjoys hunting and golfing. Watkins Insurance Group is thrilled to bring on a member of the team who will have the knowledge and expertise to accommodate their customer's needs even further.
