J.D. Power: Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee Tops in Auto Customer Satisfaction [Manufacturing Close – Up]

Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee said it ranks highest among auto insurance providers in the Southeast Region in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 U.S. Auto Insurance Study.
According to a release, 19 auto insurance providers were measured in nine southeastern states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
The study measured customer satisfaction with auto insurance companies across five factors: interaction, price, policy offerings, billing and payment, and claims. Overall satisfaction with auto insurance companies is 804 of a possible 1,000 -- an increase of 14 points over 2011. The average for the Southeastern Region was the highest in the nation at 814; Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee was rated at 828.
Farm Bureau Insurance covers nearly 1.1 million automobiles in Tennessee.
