HighRoads announced the expansion of its executive leadership team with the addition of Tom McNamara as senior vice president of sales.
According to a release, McNamara will oversee the strategic direction of HighRoads' sales organization as it expands its focus to support the benefits plan management and health care compliance needs of health insurance payers and employers.
"Tom is an accomplished, highly effective sales producer with years of experience in building and motivating effective sales teams, engaging partners and delivering go-to-market strategies that achieve results," said Michael Byers, CEO and president, HighRoads. "His addition to our executive team will give HighRoads both the experienced insight into effective sales programs and the results- focused management to ensure that we meet and exceed our short- and long-term goals for sales results, expansion and revenue predictability."
Most recently, McNamara was the chief revenue officer at Connance. McNamara has held sales leadership positions with Silverlink Communications, W3Health, Coventry Partners, HPR, Lawson Software and Pansophic Systems.
