GettingHired, LLC and Lincoln Financial Group Announce the Signing of FastTrackRTW Agreement

BEDMINSTER, N.J., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- GettingHired, LLC and Lincoln Financial Group today announced the signing of an agreement to implement GettingHired's new FastTrackRTW Long Term Disability product. The FastTrackRTW program aids insurance companies in the short-term disability, long-term disability and workers compensation sectors to better manage return-to-work programs. The technology is uniquely designed with a robust set of Section 508 compliant features which provide motivational support and career services tools for the claimant. Additionally, the proprietary RightMatch™ technology is used to match a claimant's experience and abilities to a large database of open jobs and a specialized tracking module allows caseworkers to monitor and encourage FastTrackRTW utilization by claimants.

Paul Martin, Lincoln Financial Group's Vice President, Group Claims, commented that "Lincoln Financial Group believes in a proactive return-to-work program that provides our customers' employees who are affected with injuries or illnesses with effective tools to help them return to productive work lives as soon as it is medically appropriate. FastTrackRTW closely aligns with our philosophy, permitting a customized return-to-work solution to be prepared for every claimant, based on their abilities, allowing us to provide much more than just financial protection for our customers' employees."

GettingHired, LLC Chief Executive Officer Thomas Capato stated, "We are very excited to have Lincoln Financial Group become a FastTrackRTW client. It's refreshing to see a prestigious LTD disability leader like the Lincoln Financial Group think outside the box regarding its return-to-work initiatives. We share the common goal of helping people with new limitations return to productive work lives, while at the same time enhancing Lincoln Financial Group's value proposition to its employer customers and positioning them to secure additional LTD business."
