Financial Services of America Ranked #1 in the Detroit Free Press’ “Top Workplaces in Michigan”

WARREN, Mich., Dec. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Services of America is proud to announce that we have ranked #1 in the Detroit Free Press' "Top Places to Work in the State of Michigan," small business category, for 2013.

This is the 3rd time in 4 years that Financial Services of America has placed in the Top 20 for Workplaces in Michigan finishing 11th in 2010, 17th in 2012 and now 1st in 2013.

Workplace Dynamics partnered with the Detroit Free Press to conduct extensive surveys of team members on topics ranging from workplace diversity to workplace environment and compensation. The surveys were used to select the companies appearing on the Top Workplace list.

This year 216 companies and more than 50,000 employees at Michigan businesses participated in the Top Workplace list.
