The issuance of this certificate follows an assessment performed by CompliancePoint, a Qualified Security Assessor Company. This assessment validated Dispersive Technologies' policies and procedures using the National Institute of Standards and Technology SP 800-53, "Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations," and found that Dispersive Technologies met the HIPAA/HITECH requirements to provide data transmission services for protected health information as a Business Associate.
