Datamyx Builds Extensive Team to Drive Growth and Spearhead Customer Excellence

PR Web

Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) June 30, 2014

Datamyx, a risk-based data-driven marketing solutions provider, announced Chris Cox as senior vice president of Customer Excellence and Scott Zientarski as general manager of Automotive.

Cox will oversee Datamyx's overall customer experience, including servicing and operations. His team will look to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the client onboarding process and drive other essential client initiatives.

"I am thrilled Chris is on our team," said Ben Waldshan, Datamyx's CEO. "We observed him build a successful track record as an industry partner and believe his goals are well-aligned with ours. He shares our passion and values and Chris believes as we do, in finding a better way to serve clients."

"I am grateful to join Datamyx and look forward to working with the various teams in enriching the customer experience," said Cox. "I have always appreciated Datamyx's marketplace impact when partnering with them, and I am excited to be contributing to the company's continued success."

Prior to joining Datamyx, Cox served as senior vice president of The Kessler Group where he was the Marketing and Advisory Solutions business leader. He was responsible for financial services client engagements across marketing strategy, supply-chain optimization and operational improvement initiatives. Before that, he was operations leader at Genworth Financial (formerly GE Financial Assurance) where he led direct-to-consumer marketing operations and the operational implementation of new annuity products. He also served at Capital One as supply chain group manager. He has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and a Bachelor in Economics from Wake Forest University. He is also Six-Sigma Certified.

Zientarski will drive Datamyx's expansion efforts within the automotive industry. He will be responsible for the revenue growth strategy and go to market plan.

"We are excited to have Scott join Datamyx," said Waldshan. "His extensive experience in developing centralized and dealer-specific marketing and direct marketing solutions makes him the ideal leader to advance our automotive efforts, driving growth for Datamyx and our clients."

"I'm thrilled to be joining Datamyx to lead efforts in the automotive space. It's a fantastic team with tremendous data assets. The industry will benefit greatly from solutions we have to offer," said Zientarksi.

He brings over two decades of experience in marketing and sales leadership with Fortune 500 clients. Previously, Zientarski served as chief marketing officer for DME Direct providing strategic consulting, advanced analytics and marketing execution. Before that, he served as director of marketing at AutoNation where he developed centralized and dealer-specific direct marketing Initiatives. Zientarski has a Bachelor of Communication from Bowling Green State University.
