Charles Cavolina Joins IdentityForce as Chief Operating Officer

In this new role, Charlie is responsible for growing the company’s business to business and business to consumer market share.

Charlie joins IdentityForce with more than twenty years of experience positioning enterprises for growth and with deep expertise deploying continuous improvement methodologies designed to enhance customer satisfaction. Charlie's experience delivering safety and security solutions within the automotive, insurance and consumer services industries is a natural fit for IdentityForce. Most recently, Charlie was President of Agero’s Connected Vehicle Services Division and Chief Service Officer for the Agero enterprise. Prior, Charlie spent more than ten years in numerous operations roles of increasing responsibility at Cendant Corporation, now known as Affinion Group.
