Bradish's career began as an insurance agent in 1971. His individual success led him to several management and executive level positions such as sales manager, assistant vice-president, and partner for Prudential Insurance Company and Woodfield Insurance Agency. He has been the principal of his own successful insurance agency, Bradish Associates Ltd., for the last 20 years offering property and casualty, employee benefits and life insurance products to closely held corporations. 

Bradish earned a B.S. in marketing from Southern Illinois University. He is a licensed insurance agent and Chartered Life Underwriter. He also previously held the series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
