Canada Pharmacy’s Online Patients Choose Generic Drugs at Canadian Online Pharmacies

(PRWEB) May 27, 2011

NorthWestPharmacy.com, a low priced Canada pharmacy online, reveals that two-thirds of its American patients prefer lower cost Canadian drugs and international pharmacies medicines in the generic form rather than the more expensive brand counterpart.

“Patients these days are well-informed so they tend to know that generic drugs are generally therapeutically equivalent to brand drugs but with a much lower price tag,” says Aman Bhangu, Chief Pharmacist, at NorthWestPharmacy.com’s Canadian pharmacy in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Drugs from Canada and other countries in both brand and generic form are often cheaper than in the USA in part due to government price controls in other countries which are not imposed in the USA, says Pharmacist Bhangu.

The typical savings from a Canada pharmacy online drugs site for generics versus brand medicines can exceed 65%. Consumers should bear in mind that NorthWestPharmacy.com conducted its Canadian Online Pharmacy Survey in April 2011 and found that many of its brand prices are less than one-third that of even the lowest priced American online pharmacies. This means that generic drugs prices at Canadian online pharmacies can be as little as one-sixth that of brand drugs prices at American pharmacies. This is the key reason American patients of Canadian pharmacies online are choosing generic Canada drugs and international medications over brand drugs.

Big savings from a Canadian pharmacy online does not mean patients need to sacrifice safety, so long as they are dealing with a reputable Canadian online pharmacy. Pharmacist Bhangu warns patients to avoid so-called “Canadian online pharmacies” that sell prescription drugs without a prescription written by one’s own personal doctor. Such sites are not genuine Canadian pharmacies because no legitimate Canada pharmacy site engages in online prescribing or shipping Canada’s drugs without a proper prescription. Another key matter to consider is the safety protocols the Canadian online pharmacy employs to ensure the Canadian drugs and international medications supplied are authentic. As detailed in a recent NorthWest Pharmacy newsletter, NorthWestPharmacy.com undertakes extensive efforts to ensure that it supplies only authentic online drugs to its valued patients.

Nor should patients expect anything less than exceptional service when buying from a Canada online pharmacy merchant. In fact, NorthWestPharmacy.com is the only Canada online drugs supplier to be granted the coveted five-star seal from Shopper Approved, a well-known online ratings and reviews firm. More than 19,000 actual paying customers have made the Canadian online pharmacy leader the most independently reviewed and five-star rated Canadian drugs site online. These NorthWestPharmacy.com reviews are collected and displayed through Shopper Approved and not by the Canadian pharmacy website itself which ensures that all of the reviews, whether positive or negative, are shown to the public without editing or interference from the Canada drugs merchant. These genuine reviews are accessible through the Canadian pharmacy reviews page at NorthWestPharmacy.com.

NorthWestPharmacy.com is also certified by the Canadian International Pharmacy Association and the International Pharmacy Association of British Columbia. Its Canadian online pharmacy website and dispensing pharmacies are verified by Pharmacy Checker. Consumers can rest assured that all transactions through its Canada pharmacy website are independently backed through the buySAFE program which is underwritten by some of the largest insurance companies in the world. NorthWestPharmacy.com is also one of only a handful of Canadian pharmacies online that maintain TRUSTe certified privacy standards.
