Dec. 17--NORMAN -- The following people were charged with felony counts in the Cleveland County Court Clerk's Office:

--Steven Ray Barnett, 45, second-degree burglary

--Daniel James Boone, 38, unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to carry insurance or security verification form, failure to pay taxes due to the state

--Christopher Todd Parker, 22, knowingly concealing stolen property, public intoxication

--Robert James Bebout, 29, possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of school

--Tiffany Renea Arnold, 25, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

--Diane Michelle Wachel, 33, possession of controlled dangerous substance

--Monte Gene Henry, 24, grand larceny

--Dane Patrick Farmer, 25, grand larceny

--Timothy James McFall, 26, aggravated count of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol

--Clinton Beau Hardesty, 30, possession of marijuana
