Columbus, OH (PRWEB) May 05, 2014

On May 1, 2014, Columbus OVI Attorney Jon J. Saia of The Law Offices of Saia & Piatt, Inc. served as one of the speakers for a continuing legal education (CLE) seminar session at the 2014 Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) Annual Convention. According to the CLE seminar information provided on the bar association's website, Mr. Saia was one of two presenters in the Traffic Law/OVI Update, which was worth 1.5 General CLE hours. The convention was held from April 30 through May 2, 2014 in Columbus, Ohio. Attorney Saia is a founding member of The Law Offices of Saia & Piatt, Inc., and he's also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

According to the information provided on the OSBA's website, the Traffic Law/OVI Update consisted of a case law update and an overview of how attorneys can win OVI cases when the odds are stacked against them. He has been honored with an AV® Rating (the highest of the Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™), and he has been repeatedly selected for inclusion in the list of Ohio Super Lawyers®.

In addition to being a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Attorney Saia is also Chair (in the area of DUI Defense) for the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense. Furthermore, he is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and maintains membership in many other professional organizations as well. Attorney Saia handles OVI cases, traffic offenses cases and general criminal defense cases.
