Alterra Capital Appoints Eric Amadori Vice President of Alterra USA

HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Alterra Capital Holdings Limited (“Alterra”) (NASDAQ: ALTE; BSX: ALTE.BH) today announced the appointment of Eric Amadori as Vice President, Underwriter of Alterra USA.

W. Marston (Marty) Becker, President and Chief Executive Officer of Alterra, commented: “We are pleased that Eric Amadori has joined Alterra USA to further strengthen its Executive Liability team. Eric has a fine underwriting record, and we expect that he will make an important contribution as we seek to build out our US insurance operations to complement Alterra’s successful insurance businesses in Bermuda and Dublin.”

Eric Amadori has more than twelve years of management liability underwriting experience, most recently as the New York Regional Vice President of Arch Insurance’s Executive Assurance Division. Prior to joining Arch, Eric worked in the National Accounts Management Liability Division at AIG. He graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Finance.

Eric will underwrite from the New York office of Alterra USA.
