Agency Data Transfer Services Merges with Insurance Technologies Corporation
Insurance Technologies Corporation and Agency Data Transfer Services announced today a joint agreement in which the two companies will merge. Through this merger, ADTS will now be part of the Insurance Technologies Corporation Pre-Fill Division.
Carrollton, TX (PRWEB) May 13, 2009 -- Insurance Technologies Corporation and Agency Data Transfer Services announced today a joint agreement in which the two companies will merge. Through this merger, ADTS will now be part of the Insurance Technologies Corporation Pre-Fill Division. The division will utilize Agency Data Transfer Services' state-of-the-art technology for eliminating data entry by insurance MGAs, carriers, and agents.
