Adaptik Insurance Solutions Launches PolicyWriter 5.7

BETHLEHEM, Pa., June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Adaptik Corporation today announced the newest version of PolicyWriter, Version 5.7. This version extends PolicyWriter's already advanced Rule Configuration Management capabilities, introduces additional industry standard interoperability features and provides enhanced usability features such as side-by-side insurance quote proposal comparison facility that is configurable to an insurer's requirements.

Prior to Version 5.7, PolicyWriter included sophisticated capabilities to control Rule Configuration Versioning, including working on multiple products and software releases simultaneously. With PolicyWriter 5.7, large property and casualty insurers will be able to take advantage of several new advanced features designed to assist in the ongoing management of their configured rules throughout the development cycle and into production. PolicyWriter 5.7 offers carriers:

     -- Configuration Simulation to help configuration staff easily understand,        test and completely reverse, if necessary, the impact of incremental        rule configuration changes.      -- Configuration Spaces to assist the configuration staff in managing rule        configuration sets across multiple versions of the software.      -- Advanced Configuration Reporting to assist configuration staff in the        documentation and ongoing maintenance of product rules and system        appearance and behavior.      -- ARM 4.0 Awareness to monitor key PolicyWriter transactions using their        existing enterprise management tools, enabling a comprehensive        end-to-end management capability for Policy Administration lifecycle.      -- Enhanced Log4j Compliant Logging capabilities which are fully        configurable at runtime and allow IT development staff to control the        granularity of the log statements reported during PolicyWriter        processing.      -- Configurable Quote Comparison Summary template provides PolicyWriter        customers with the ability to configure the presentation of a multiple        quote comparison  to agents or consumers.
