Finseca and Forum 400 have officially merged and created Forum 400, a Finseca Community.
On July 15, 2021, Finseca and Forum 400 announced an intent to explore a merger, and today, after an extensive due diligence process conducted by a task force of the Forum 400 current and past presidents in collaboration with Finseca’s leadership, as well as an overwhelmingly supportive membership vote, Finseca and Forum 400 are pleased to merge.
“We are very optimistic about formally joining forces with Finseca,” said John Wheeler, president of the Forum 400, a Finseca Community. “As stated previously the Forum 400 community has long believed that Finseca’s platform provides a great opportunity to deliver greater value, more efficiently so that we can grow our membership. When we add these efficiencies to the broader mission of Finseca, which is to reunify the profession and achieve financial security for all, we are excited about bringing added value. I want to formally thank the entire task force, and everyone involved in bringing these two communities together today.”
“We’re extremely grateful for the opportunity to merge with Forum 400 and look forward to preserving its elite community that share ideas on life insurance sales concepts,” said Marc Cadin, CEO of Finseca. “This merger is another step toward reunifying the profession and will help us advance the cause of financial security for all. Again, though both organizations have their own unique strengths in the profession, together they perfectly complement our shared goal of being home to the very best and brightest in the financial security profession.”
