MDRT Eyes Future Members And Influencers

Million Dollar Round Table’s incoming president said the organization can be the best at anything but it can’t be the best at everything. In light of that, MDRT will roll out some new initiatives over the next few months, in an attempt to reach future members while providing online resources for its members all over the globe.

Ian Green will become MDRT’s 95^th president in September. He spoke during the MDRT virtual annual meeting on Wednesday. Green is founder of Green Financial in Southwest London, England.

Among the new MDRT initiatives that Green announced were:

1. A new mentoring program.
2. The MDRT Academy, an app-based association for aspiring MDRT members, which will go live in November.
3. Creating a professional development strategy to provide online, on-demand content for members.
4. A program for field leaders, managers and others who influence agents.

Green, who has been an MDRT member since 1999, said the organization has helped him succeed in his practice. He especially praised the MDRT’s Whole Person Concept, which he said gave him the energy to focus on his business while having time for his family, the causes he supports, “and some ‘me’ time.”
