5 Steps To Court Of The Table
Gregg Anthon Mannette began his insurance career at the age of 21 while pursuing a law degree. After qualifying for Million Dollar Round Table in 2007, he quickly set a goal of qualifying for Court of the Table.
Today, he is the owner of Gregg A.M. Manette & Associates Financial Services in Arima, Trinidad and Tobago, a 12-year MDRT member and a Court of the Table qualifier.
At Thursday’s MDRT virtual annual meeting, Mannette described the five steps he took to achieve Court of the Table status.
But, he said, before he could begin any of those five steps, he had some work to do on himself.
First was a mindset change. His mantra became “If you want to go big, stop thinking small.”
When he was diagnosed with hypertension at age 31, Mannette decided to address his physical fitness. He started running and eating a healthy diet, he lost weight and no longer needed his hypertension medication.
Mannette also got in touch with his spiritual side. He began to spend time each day in silent meditation, eventually developing gratitude “for life, for wellness and for all the opportunities I have.”
He described the five steps that led him to Court of the Table as:
- Sleep.
- Do physical activity.
- Feed the mind.
- Develop spirituality.
- Repeat Steps 1-4.
