Thomas Bartley Joins Highland Capital Brokerage as Vice President
(Birmingham, AL, July 27, 2017) – Highland Capital Brokerage, Inc. (HCB) a subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. announced today that Tom Bartley has joined the company as Vice President for HCB Northwest. In this position, Mr. Bartley will be focused on partnering with institutional and independent advisors to provide customized insurance solutions for their clients.

Prior to joining HCB, Mr. Bartley has held positions at Smith Barney, Shearson American Express, Merrill Lynch, and most recently at Capitas Financial.
With 40 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Bartley holds Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 licenses and is a 1976 graduate of Oregon State University. In 2011, he completed the Advanced Estate Planning II certification from the American College.
