The National Alliance Producer School Transforms Careers
AUSTIN, TX - March 31, 2016 – There is a dramatic change in the way insurance producers start their careers. The results are immediate in terms of both productivity and profitability. Instead of gaining knowledge over years of experience, many new producers are getting a two-year jump-start with a producer school training program.
Since 2000, The National Alliance has conducted 47 intensive and interactive Producers Schools for almost 2,000 participants. Originally designed to provide a strong foundation of knowledge for personal lines and commercial lines new producers, today’s Producer School is two weeks of Commercial Lines immersion highly focused for professionals-to-be. Exceptional education may be offered in a school setting, but the learning happens in the lives and experiences of those who participate. The results are immediate in terms of both productivity and profitability.
Results like that do not happen by accident. They are the natural consequence of the right mix of “Know What” and “Know How”. The process is transformative because of strong guiding principles: (1) Great producers are not born; they are skillfully trained and nurtured, (2) Practicing faculty with 25+ years of experience not only instruct but also mentor each participant, (3) The latest strategies and techniques from the Dynamics of Selling program are skillfully interlaced with the most current technical topics, and (4) an atmosphere of experiment and rehearsal is assured in a safe and supportive environment for learning.
Limited enrollment may still be reserved for the next Producer School in Tallahassee, Florida, May 1-13, 2016 at Florida State University. Both the full Agenda and Application may be accessed at www.TheNationalAlliance.com or by calling 800-633-2165.
