Insurance Technologies Names Laird Rixford as New Chief Executive Officer
Seasoned InsurTech Innovator to Lead Company Through Next Chapter of Growth
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – January 26, 2022 – Insurance Technologies, LLC (“InsTech”), a provider of sales and regulatory automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Laird Rixford as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. A veteran financial technology and services industry executive with a strong track record of growth and innovation, Mr. Rixford will lead InsTech through continued transformation and strategic expansion. He succeeds David Fenimore, now chairman of InsTech.

Mr. Rixford brings a wealth of expertise to InsTech, having led numerous companies through aggressive growth over the course of 25 years in the financial services and insurance technologies industries. Most recently, he served as CEO of Texas-based Insurance Technologies Corporation (ITC), where he led the company through multiple successful acquisitions, as well as navigated a successful exit for ITC shareholders in 2020.
Prior to ITC, Mr. Rixford founded and served as CEO of Evolution Designs, a provider of automation and technology systems for financial services companies, which ITC acquired in 2008 alongside Mr. Rixford’s Insurance Website Builder product. Mr. Rixford began his career in technology consulting services for banks, mortgage companies, real estate firms, and insurance agencies.
