ELCO promotes Silvio Rodia to Executive Vice President

Silvio Rodia has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer. Silvio joined ELCO Mutual just a few months before the COVID-19 Pandemic as the Vice President, Chief Risk Officer. Prior to working at ELCO, he joined Bruce and Bruce Company Consulting Actuaries in 2017 to help reshape its future and continue its storied history. With over 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry and an extensive versatile background, Silvio will play a vital role in advancing ELCO. Silvio brings a leadership skillset and an uncanny ability to navigate through complex issues. He holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
