Bill Bruce announced as Vice President of Operations for ELCO Mutual Life & Annuity

ELCO Mutual proudly announces Bill Bruce as the new Vice President of Operations.
He will focus on enhancing operations and accessibility of services for policyholders
and agents. His responsibilities will include the planning, development, and continuous
enhancement of cost-efficient operations and systems. In addition to his new
responsibilities, he will continue overseeing underwriting.

Since joining ELCO in 2017, Bill has continuously used his knowledge and experience
to accomplish key initiatives in marketing, product development, and agency management.
His experience and ties to independent agents that represent ELCO will be
valuable in driving several new initiatives that will enhance services.
