National Life Group Names Sanjay Pandey As Its Chief Information Officer

Montpelier, Vermont – National Life Group today announced the appointment of Sanjay Pandey as senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO) of National Life Group.
The appointment, effective May 13, will put Mr. Pandey in charge of National Life Group’s information technology (IT) operations. He will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Mehran Assadi.

Since 2000 Mr. Pandey has been with Donegal Insurance Group, most recently as vice president and chief information officer. Donegal is a property and casualty company operating in 22 states. It also owns Union Community Bank with 13 branches in Pennsylvania.
Prior to his work at Donegal, Mr. Pandey held IT positions at United Healthcare of Mid-Atlantic in Baltimore and Whitney Young Health Center in Albany.
