Zimmerman sworn in as banking, insurance commissioner
Following his official swearing in, Justin Zimmerman is officially commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. He succeeds Marlene Caride, following her appointment to the New Jersey Superior Court. The state Senate unanimously confirmed Zimmerman as commissioner Oct. 28.
