Zenefits Names Shaun Wiley as Chief Financial Officer

Veteran HR and Insurance Financial Strategist Brings 25 Years of Experience to Zenefits Leadership Team

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Zenefits today announced the appointment of Shaun Wiley as the company’s chief financial officer. Wiley brings over two decades of experience in financial services, having led financial strategy for HR, HCM, and insurance software companies. Shaun will spearhead Zenefits’ financial strategy, manage all FP&A functions, and help scale the company as it grows.

In his 25 year career, Wiley has led financial systems design and implementation, corporate compliance, capital markets, mergers and acquisition processes, due diligence and post-acquisition integration. Prior to joining Zenefits, Wiley served as CFO of CoreHR, a cloud-based HCM and payroll software company based in Europe, and as CFO at Torrent Technologies. Wiley spent twelve years in the executive offices at Microsoft where he was responsible for corporate long-term planning. Wiley began his career at Deutsche Bank Capital Markets where he was responsible for Risk Management and Trading in Convertible Bonds and Equity Market Derivatives.
