Youth Sports Organizations Facing New Federal Requirements to Prevent Sexual Abuse

The Protecting Young Victims from Sexual Abuse and Safe Sport Authorization Act signed by President Trump on February 14, 2018, includes requirements for prevention training, prevention policies, and mandatory reporting.
