WTW expands Life Insurance Consulting and Technology practice with two senior hires

In their new roles, both Routhenstein and Harewood will be responsible for leading client engagements and developing strategic solutions on topics including mergers and acquisitions, block reinsurance transactions, pension risk transfer, corporate structure, structured reinsurance and other capital/risk management transactions, asset/hedging strategies and modeling for asset adequacy testing and principles based reserves, AG38 compliance, other financial modeling and reporting frameworks, litigation support and reinsurance arbitration, actuarial transformation and outsourcing.
Routhenstein brings more than 30 years of insurance experience, including 13 years of consulting experience, to his new ICT role at WTW. Most recently, he served as President at
