Pratt's experience in both the consulting and insurance industries, aligned with his passion for innovation, collectively bring a unique benefit to WTW's clients as they look to integrate technology and analytics-based solutions. As director, Pratt will lead project teams dedicated to developing and delivering reserve and capital analyses for insurance company clients. Pratt will also play a key role in marketing the growth of this practice area by leading and supporting client project teams in a client relationship management capacity.
