CINCINNATI, Aug. 16 -- The Western and Southern Financial Group, a life insurance company, issued the following news release:

W&S Financial Group Distributors, the wholesale distributor of annuities and life insurance from Western & Southern Financial Group (Western & Southern) member companies, has promoted Kimberly A. Humbert to national accounts manager for independent marketing organizations.

Humbert works consultatively with financial professionals to advance the retirement and legacy planning needs of their clients utilizing fixed and immediate annuities and life insurance. She began her career with W&S Financial Group Distributors in an executive support role in 2005. She then advanced to serving financial institutions as an internal wholesaler in 2009, a senior internal wholesaler in 2012 and a Sales Desk team lead in 2014. Previously she gained financial services experience in positions with Great American Insurance Company and First Horizon National Corp.
