Women Advisors of NFP Continue Strong Showing on the National Association of Plan Advisors List

PR Web

NEW YORK (PRWEB) November 16, 2021

NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides property and casualty, corporate benefits, retirement, and individual solutions, today announced that 14 NFP retirement advisors have been named to the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) 2021 list of Top Women Advisors.

The NAPA Top Women Advisors honor, created in 2015, acknowledges the growing number of women who are making significant contributions to the retirement industry and elevating excellence within the profession. The list, drawn from nominations provided by NAPA broker-dealer/RIA firm partners and vetted by a panel of judges, recognizes top retirement professionals who are evaluated based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative data. Nominees are honored in three categories: Captains, All-Stars and Rising Stars. Captains are top producers who are principals, owners or leaders of their organizations. All-Stars are top producers who lead a practice. Rising Stars are top producers with less than five years of experience working as a financial advisor focused on retirement plans.

The NFP advisors named to the NAPA List for 2021 are:

  • Captains: Jessica Espinoza, Jamie Hayes, Paula Hendrickson and Vanessa Watkins
  • All-Stars: Allison Kaylor-Flink, Amy Hanophy, Sarah Hodian, Emily Hopkins, Lily Matias, Kimberly Pruitt, Jill Shea and Donna Tamburelli
  • Rising Stars: Morgan Davis and Colleen McNulty

"These leaders consistently provide exceptional expertise and service to clients, which makes them highly deserving of this recognition from NAPA," said Doug Hammond, chairman and CEO of NFP. "At the heart of our success in the retirement space is a people-first culture that inspires each of us to help our clients and plan participants enhance their retirement preparedness. Each of these leaders understands what it means to put people first and are a vital part of our business."

"While I'm not surprised by this recognition, I'm still incredibly impressed by what these women are achieving in the retirement industry for our clients," said Nick Della Vedova, president of retirement for NFP. "They each deliver exceptional insight, solutions and support to their clients and it's exciting to see NAPA recognize their hard work and results. We look forward to continuing to cultivate leaders in the retirement space, grow our retirement business and deliver even more value to the employers and participants we serve."
