Aug. 4--WILLMAR -- The Willmar City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the county board chambers at the Kandiyohi County Health and Human Services building.
The council will consider a natural gas extension into the 4th Addition of the Willmar Industrial Park and participation in the National Flood Insurance Program.
The council will also meet in a closed session to discuss labor negotiation strategy.
