LeBoeuf, a life insurance industry veteran of over 30 years, has a broad and deep array of experience in the industry having served in chief actuary roles over the last six years, as well as working extensively in consulting just prior to this. His expertise covers all aspects of life insurance, including pricing; stat/generally accepted accounting principles/tax modeling and valuation; actuarial and valuation system conversions; data analytics and assumption development; capital financing; M&A; reinsurance negotiation, arbitration and administration; and expert witness services.
