HANOVER, N.H. (AP) _ White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd. (WTM) on Friday reported third-quarter earnings of $232.9 million.
The Hanover, New Hampshire-based company said it had net income of $75.09 per share. Losses, adjusted for investment gains, were $1.57 per share.
The insurer posted revenue of $459.5 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $86.2 million.
White Mountains shares have dropped 16% since the beginning of the year. The stock has decreased 13% in the last 12 months.
