HANOVER, N.H. (AP) _ White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd. (WTM) on Tuesday reported second-quarter earnings of $20.5 million.
On a per-share basis, the Hanover, New Hampshire-based company said it had net income of $6.44. Losses, adjusted for investment gains, came to 79 cents per share.
The insurer posted revenue of $129 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $37.6 million.
White Mountains shares have climbed 24% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 13% in the last 12 months.
