House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-Minn.) released the following statement regarding President Trump's nomination of Kevin Warsh for Federal Reserve Chair.

Whip Emmer: "Nominating Kevin Warsh as the next Federal Reserve Chairman was another outstanding pick by President Trump. Kevin's understanding of our capital markets and expertise on monetary policy will allow him to course correct the Federal Reserve and restore the American people's trust in it.
