What Can the Measles Outbreak Tell Us About Bio-Disaster Readiness?

April 16-- Apr. 16--We are a reactionary people. Likely we won't do anything about our bio defense in any meaningful way until there is a "blow-up" of some sort, here or in another part of the developed world.
