Western Dental Announces Expansion Plans – Selects Michael Roub as Vice President of Business Development

Michael Roub joins Western Dental & Orthodontics as Vice President of Business Development.

Roub brings to Western Dental a wealth of healthcare experience as an executive leader and entrepreneurial business builder. Prior to joining Western Dental, he founded several successful healthcare businesses, and provided executive consultant support to healthcare businesses in startup and acquisition phases. Prior to that, Roub served as Vice President-Business Development at U.S. HealthWorks, where he led the company's aggressive acquisition efforts, and as Administrator for the Specialty Surgical Center in Los Angeles where he gained experience supporting doctors that provide advanced clinical care. Early in his career, Roub developed his financial experience as an investment banker with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

The addition of Roub coincides with Western Dental's accelerated expansion effort, which includes acquisition of individual dental clinics and group practice management companies within and beyond its historical geographical regions.

Western Dental currently serves patients in over 200 Western Dental and affiliated Brident Dental & Orthodontic clinics throughout California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas.
